Hotel accommodation may be booked through the
Jagiellonian University Office for Academic Events and Conferences (Jagiellonian
University BOIN) with the
enclosed hotel booking form. |
|
The deadline for guaranteed hotel reservation
is 1 July, 2006. After this date Jagiellonian University Office for
Academic Events and Conferences can not guarantee availability of selected
hotels and rates.

The reservations are made on the "first come, first served"
basis. Participants should make their reservations
with the Jagiellonian University BOIN
by downloading the
Hotel
Reservation Form which should be sent by fax to: +48 12
663 38 58. |

Hotel rooms can only be reserved and confirmed upon receipt of a deposit,
according to chosen category, as indicated in the price scheme. All rates
are in Euro, per room per night, including breakfast and VAT. Either bank
drafts or credit card payments are accepted.Rates at the hotel are per room,
per night - breakfast and tax are included. All visitor visitors to Krakow
have to pay city tax 1.60 PLN/person/day (approx. 0.40 EUR). Hotels are
situated within walking distance
of the Old Town and the conference venue. |

After receipt of the
Hotel Reservation Form with the either one night's deposit prepaid by bank
transfer or a credit card details for a one night's deposit guarantee
participants will receive a confirmation letter by email, indicating the
name and address of the assigned hotel. Please note that in case of bank
transfer the prepaid deposit will be deducted from your hotel bill when you
check out; the remaining amount is to be settled directly with the hotel.
The hotel issues an invoice for the entire amount paid (deposit and balance).
In cases of a deposit guarantee made by credit card the card is not charged
before the congress. The hotel payment is settled directly at the hotel on
the entire amount when you check out. The confirmed hotel reservation is
kept by the hotel exclusively in the Participant's favour. Hotel charges
will therefore amount to the number of overnights stays requested and
confirmed.

information, change or cancellation must be addressed in writing directly to
the Office |
|
Changes of reservation can be made free of
charge before 1 July, 2006 and must be sent in writing to the
Jagiellonian University Office for Academic Events and Conferences. After
this date no changes will be accepted. Cancellation made before 1 July,
2006, will be free of charge (only banking costs will appear).
After this date no refunds will be possible.
